The ideal candidate will have Project Management, AP Style and
Corporate Web experience! Only candidates with this experience will be

Looking for candidates who have demonstrated experience in building
rapport with and advising clients on web and e-commerce content
strategy; write compelling, highly effective web copy; and manage web
content development projects from conceptualization to launch.
You will be responsible for researching, writing, editing, &
maintaining website and other electronic content (emails,
e-newsletters, banner ads..) to enhance CLIENT customers' online
experience, promote key offerings & support CLIENT's brand
positioning.
* Develop & produce electronic content that reflects online usability best practices.
* Apply editorial skills to develop copy & integrate text, design & content organization/navigation.
* Work in close partnership with internal clients, account
managers, designers, user experience designers & technical experts
to ensure content, design & technical requirements meet business
& user needs.
* Proactively review electronic content & recommend usability
improvements, (content clarity, brevity, calls to action, &
streamlined online navigation).
* Ensure web content meets established editorial, quality &
industry standards for web usability & accessibility. Candidate
will apply AP Style & CLIENT web & print editorial guidelines
to all projects.
* Work with technical team to address challenges in displaying
& integrating content with online customer service applications.
Required Qualifications:
-Excellent writing & editorial skills.
-Strong understanding of AP Style Guide, & associated grammar, punctuation, style & copyediting rules.
-Bachelor's degree or higher in English or related field.
-A minimum of 3 years of experience in web content development.
-A solid understanding of current industry standards & techniques for digital content management.
-Strong relationship management skills -will be interfacing with
internal clients & creative staff to ensure high quality work.
-Project management skills - strong problem solving skills &
ability to prioritize, coordinate, & execute multiple tasks.
-Working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Excel.
-Understanding & demonstrated use of web analytics.
-Basic understanding of HTML coding & mgmt.
