The building I manage has 2 studios and one 1BR for rent at 45th
between 8th and 9th avenue. The studio is $2000 and the 1BR, which can
be shared, is $2700 (negot). We have an evening doorman (overnight),
maintenance staff and laundry on-site (our office and the super are on-
site also). The owner is also offering a one month OP to any realtors
